When the WhatsMine app cannot be downloaded or installed from the Google Play Store, it is usually a result of:
an older version of Android operating system that we don't support
an outdated Google Play Store, or
a problem with the Google Play Store Updates.
Your device should be Android version 6.0 or above to adequately support the app. To check:
Go to Settings > About Phone > Android Version
If it is below Android version 6, update your Android Software to the most recent version
The issue should be resolved when you launch the Google Play Store again
If your Android version is up to date and you are still getting the error message, there is a chance it is a problem with the Google Play Store cache. To fix this issue:
Stop the WhatsMine app from running in the background
Go to Settings > Application Management
Look for and then click into ''Google Play Services"
Click on "Clear Cache"
The issue should be resolved when you launch the Google Play Store again
If clearing the cache still doesn't fix the issue, try clearing the Google Play Store updates. To do this:
Go into Settings > Application Management
Look for and then click into ''Google Play Services"
Click on "Uninstall Updates" and then click "OK"
The issue should be resolved when you launch the Google Play Store again
If this still doesn't fix your issue, please email support@whatsmineapp.com and we'll try and trouble shoot with you.
